Hey guys! My name is Adrianna, I am a 3rd year majoring in Human Biology in Revelle college. I joined PPASO my spring quarter of my first year and have loved the environment and everyone in it since. I am very excited to be one of the Co-Social Chairs this year. Always feel free to reach out to us if there are any questions or for anything even not school related! PPASO is a great opportunity to get exposure to the PA profession, a community with peers and mentors, and resources. 

 

My favorite memory with PPASO has been participating in the OSCE’s with UCSD PA Program!

It was such a great experience, being able to help out the PA students with their exams as well as see them do their thing with so much rawness and initiative. I think it was comforting to see how real it was for them, I even had a student who was shaking while doing a physical exam on me. I would say definitely if you can, take advantage of opportunities PPASO offers, you never know who you’ll meet and what experiences you'll get to have!
